Created on an initiative by Montreal artist-run centre Main Film, this installation presents 28 short films realised by 30 different artists. Each 30-second capsule was shot with Kodachrome Super 8 film and is looped inside a small individual viewer that is mounted on a large luminous carrousel. Following the example of Edison's first kinetoscopes, the "solitary" spectator becomes the participant in order to view the artistic work and discover each filmmaker's unique world.
